What Are the Negative Effects of Anger?

When you’re about to unleash your anger try to think of the possible consequences of your action. Anger can be destructive, hostile and dangerous. You just do not want to regret how you have reacted to a certain situation and blame yourself for the rest of your life.

The moment you let your anger rule over you a part of you become evil. When anger has gone far, this can lead to self destruction or worst can get some killed. These are just few effects of anger.A lot of violence has been reported and we all say this is such a cruel world. Have we done something to change the cruel world or we make the situation worst by adding more violence through the display of anger.

This world has many issues to resolve. It would be mountain high if we’re going to sum them all up. When we do nothing to resolve the problem it’s like taking our own life. You can help the world by taking the first step in finding solution to your own issue. You cannot share what you don’t have. So when you are equipped and educated help yourself first that you may be able to help others later on.

The effects of anger are very dangerous not only to ourselves but to others as well. The pain that you inflict on others during your rage of anger can traumatize them. So many lives have been torn apart by anger. So many homes have been broken because of anger. How many lives should be sacrificed before we learn from the effects of anger? We can avoid all this if we learn how to control ourselves and our anger.

You have to acknowledge if you need help. This is the only way we can pre-empt future damage when we will help our self get over anger. The lessons learned from the history of the past need to be applied to our day. Why should we make our lives complicated and painful when we can live a happier life? The effect s of anger can be disturbing but can very well be solved by doing something about it.
