Every person must have been angry, but it’s depending on how he expresses his anger. He  express the anger by explosive burst, using harsh words which perform actions such as slamming destructive targets in the vicinity or expressing anger with silence.

So many expression of showing what is the anger it self such as angry is painful, angry is danger, angry isn’t comfortable, angry is negative energy, anger is like a burden etc. In this case, I parable angry with the rucksack on our back and the freedom parable with flying in the sky. There are some management of Anger Techniques if you prefer to release your rucksack from your back in order to be able to fly in they sky. For instance, you can take a comfortable stance, can be sitting or lying position. Then you enters in a moment of silence (Deep Trance State) until you are comfortable. And you starting to count backwards from 3, 2 and 1 while breathing very slowly on each count. This Anger  Management Techniques is very easy to do. This is the simple management of anger techniques. Other management of anger techniques which can release your burden is the silence for a moment. After that, you have to make a suggestion sentence about yourself (self-suggestion).
