How to get through depression?

I’ve got social anxiety and my face will turn red sometimes when im not even embarrassed. Because of my social anxiety i am very depressed. What should i do? And dont say anything u know someone with social anxiety wont do. Ive been trying sooo hard to overcome social anxiety but I just cant.

I’ve got social anxiety
best thing ive always found with any problem in life is first to research the hell out of t, any scrap of information you can find in books, magazines, the internet that can help you, use it. also be prepared to change. do not reject any sources. do not become rigid.
my social anxiety had to be beat on two levels= i have the usual social anxiety but i have a medical condition to that is afected by stress. i am only 20 but have had to conquer both (am still batteling both really) the main thing is will power. dont give in and dont say no! read up, maybe watch youtube videos or whatever then test out new behaviours in social situations.get into social situations many times as possible, learn what works and what doesnt.
dont ever think it is you who re a "retard" or a "loser" or whatever. its not, its just that your not behaving in the most effective way at the moment, thats all. you can learn man. you can get the results you want. stay postive and actively tackle this thing. go out and jst have a good time having a laugh with people aswell
Get some therapy to get over your social anxiety. I have it too.
St john’s wart. its is a herb that given a little time may help. Or perhaps this is a case for medical marijuana
I have seen some crappy posts but this one really impresses me. Good work!

Hey guys, i know how it is to suffer from a problem like this. I’ve struggling from this like a few months with the usual ups and downs so i truly know to have a true problem like this.
