If you’re talking about monetary actions such as the federal reserve does, it should be available to provide liquidity to the banking system. If you’re talking about fiscal actions such as Congress can do, then it should do nothing — unless you think for some reason that the government can achieve a higher return on investments than can the private sector (I suppose there could be a first time for anything ).
I never thought I will agree with this opinion, but you know? I agree partially now?
