Does Aphasia happen to victims of depression? My thinking sucks, my vocabulary sucks, I do not comprehend things as fast as others anymore. I am not depressed anymore but, I am having difficulty with my cognitive abilities.

Hobbies that you enjoy that involve thinking and learning new things are good for this, especially if you have something that you were into before you were depressed. When I was a little kid I liked to build things, as I got older I got so wrapped up in school and friends that I didn’t do that anymore. I went through a time of being depressed and when I came out of it I found that it was helpful to engage myself in projects to get my brain rolling again.
ive never heard of the term aphasia before, but i think i suffer from that. i used to talk alot and then went through an anti-social, dont trust anyone, depression phase and now my social skills feel inept. we probably just need to talk to more people, i need to talk more and text less lol.
Honey, your name is prognosticating…it speaks of goal…of which you project yourself. Your written thinking betrays your good-self relative to your normal cycles…oops, that includes estrogen/androgen cycles as well. Life is just as much as an individual cycle as it is a political cycle, e.g. democrat majority in one year and out the next. You are a thinker my dear, and as a part of that expectation to excell, is a basis self-doubt. Now turn that into an okayness about self. Spend just a part of each day to pause just a moment to gather your positive thoughts about the beauty that surrounds self and this world. I dare you to look at mother nature to get a relativity experience. Nature has it’s act together for billions of years here on earth. Then go out into the apparent disorder of it all do all you can to be organized, appropriate and positive to your community. How to become balanced eludes us all much of our time-space journeys.
I wish you intrigue, hope and much determination in your time in space journey.
