Hitler did the same thing Roosevelt did for America. He put everybody to work building tanks, machinery, airplanes, subs…etc. Also he installed a morale in Germany that was like none other…he gave the German people the hope and the determination to try to take over the world! Obvioulsly you can tell he was influential…just look at the success of the German army!

Simple, he got the country’s industry into war manufacturing. Jobs became available in the production of guns, munitions, uniforms, tanks, automobiles, planes, and ships.

Robbery. All the people send to the camps were stripped of all their possesions. Up to and including tooth fillings and golden crowns after death.
The industry was heavily taxed. In some cases even over a full 100%. (Remember, Hiter was a socialist!) War profits were not allowed.

He also had the services of the best financial wizard of his age: Dr. Halmjar Schacht. His service was instrumental in getting Germany back on its feet.

The hyper inflation was in 1923, ten years before Hitler came to power. By that time it was fear of hyperinflation that was the problem. The govt before Hitler had a relentless tight money policy that made them very unpopular and was just starting to pay off when the Nazis came to power. In a way they benefited twice. The economy was recovering anyway. The Nazi contribution to it was mostly window-dressing but looked good at the time.

The influence of rearmament has been exaggerated. In any case, it took some time to work through.

The idea that confiscations from Jews had anything to do with economic recovery is ridiculous. Confiscations from entrepreneurial groups never increase a country’s wealth. Look at what happened in Africa and some parts of Asia.

German citizens, including the aristocracy, workers, intellectuals, and industrialists became totally dependent upon the Nazi government. Adolph Hitler got the nation’s currency and economy under control. Hitler’s leadership rebuilt the nation’s productive economy (including huge production of arms, tanks, airplanes, etc.) with financial help from bankers in England and the USA.

As others have stated he set about rearming Germany and He printed new money, this coupled with his adoption of a system of "Keynesian Economics" (John Maynard Keynes) simply put this is a system of economics that allowed the wages people earned to be used to add further growth to the Germany economy.

For example someone who worked in an aircraft factory would have money to spend on luxuries such as a new home or washing machines or radios for these homes. this would in turn lead to the companies producing radios or washing machines or building houses to employ more people to meet demands. thus ensuring these people in factories then had wages to buy other goods. so by having full employment more people would pay tax and so the German government benefited which gave them money to further strengthen the rearmament programe and the German economy.

This is was why Britain and France had adopted out a policy of Appeasement with Germany for so long they wouldn’t take the risk that Hitler took by aiming for full employment instead sticking to pure folly of the old capitalist ways of keep tight control of their respective economies.

    footnote
In 1928, the Nazi Party had nearly gone bankrupt as a result of the spending on street parades etc. which had cost the party a great deal. Bankruptcy would have automatically excluded them from politics – they were saved by a right wing businessman called Hugenburg who owned a media firm in Germany. He financially bailed them out.

Hyper inflation was well before Hitlers time. He did not deal with it.
Germany did not become a rich country after Hitler came to power, since there was a global recovery anyway, Germany benefited from the cyclical upturn. In addition, Hitler stopped paying reparations to the winners of WW1.
Yes, Hitler started infrastructure programs like building the Autobahn and started re-armament. That lead to more employment. But these programs were minute in comparison to the entire German economy at the time. government spending then and now never represents more than 10-20% of an economy. The rest is private companies and the consumer.

Germany became a well-off country in the 1960s and very rich in the 1970s. That had nothing to do with Hitler. Your image of Germany then is tainted by the current situation in Europe and the wealth that Germans enjoy at the moment.
