I’ve suffered a series of depression, self-mutilation, and led a drug addicted life for over 10 years. I am now 26, have an almost 3 year old daughter, and need to stop before she picks up on my behaviours or even worse winds up without a father. Please help.

What is believed to be a cause of depression is changes in estrogen levels which occur during menopause. Every person must have been angry, but it’s depending on how he expresses his anger. He express the anger by explosive burst, using harsh words which perform actions such as slamming destructive targets in the vicinity or expressing anger with silence.
